Refund policy

Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.

Free Returns

• Within Germany: Returns are free of charge. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs.

• Outside Germany: Returns are possible, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except for faulty or damaged items.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable: personalized items, sale items, gift cards, and hygiene products.

Refunds
After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
